You'll experience a blend of gentle strengthening, mobility work, balance, breathwork, and relaxation. Classes move at an accessible pace, and you'll always be encouraged to listen to your body and take the option that feels right for you.
Whether you're looking to stay active, prepare for birth, or simply enjoy an hour dedicated to yourself, you'll find a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move with confidence.
-
Absolutely. Prenatal yoga is appropriate for most healthy pregnancies, whether you've never stepped onto a yoga mat before or have practiced for years.
Every pose can be adapted to meet you where you are, and you'll never be expected to "keep up" with anyone else. The goal isn't perfection. It's supporting your body through pregnancy in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and enjoyable.
If you have any pregnancy complications or concerns, it's always a good idea to speak with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

Pregnancy is a time to move with intention.
I believe every expectant parent deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported throughout pregnancy. My classes combine evidence-informed movement and helpful information and tips, combined with mindful practices to help you build strength, ease common discomforts, and prepare both physically and mentally for birth and postpartum.
You'll never be expected to achieve the "perfect" pose. Instead, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body, move with confidence, and leave each class feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself and your baby.

Many students enjoy practicing once or twice a week, but even occasional classes can provide meaningful physical and mental benefits. Can prenatal yoga help prepare me for labor?
While no class can predict or control your birth experience, prenatal yoga can help build strength, improve body awareness, teach breathing techniques, and develop relaxation skills that many people find valuable during labor and postpartum. Can I continue until my due date?
In many cases, yes. As long as you and your healthcare provider are comfortable with your activity level, yoga can remain a wonderful way to move throughout pregnancy. Every class includes options so you can adapt your practice as your body changes.
Your Prenatal Yoga Teacher
AHi, I’m Tori, owner of Adobe Yoga. I’m a 200-hour trained yoga teacher with four years of teaching experience, plus an additional 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training and two years of experience teaching prenatal yoga.
I’m also a mom of twins, and prenatal and postnatal yoga were an important part of supporting me through pregnancy and the transition into motherhood. That experience shapes how I teach: practical, evidence-informed movement that helps you feel strong, supported and confident in your changing body.
